Hello from the blog

·1 min read

This is a placeholder post so the blog has content on day one. Delete it (or replace it) once you've published your first real piece.

How to write your first real post

  1. Run npm run dev and visit http://localhost:3000/keystatic.
  2. Create a new entry in the posts collection.
  3. Save the file, then git add content/posts/ && git commit && git push.
  4. CI rebuilds and deploys — your post is live.

Why I'm starting a blog

Most of the work I do with founders happens behind closed doors. The interesting parts — the weird edge cases, the workflows that broke, the things that turned out to be way simpler than everyone said — never make it into a case study.

This blog is where those go.

A few things I plan to write about:

  • Real-world Make.com and n8n build patterns
  • When not to automate (most of the time, actually)
  • How I structure offers so solo founders can charge premium rates
  • Behind-the-scenes of running a one-person company across timezones

Field reports, not thought leadership. If something works, I'll show you the exact setup. If it doesn't, I'll tell you why.

See you in the next one.
